Tafelmusik, Canada's premier period-instrument ensemble, is revered as one
of the world's elite early-music groups. Join the acclaimed Baroque
orchestra for an enchanting program that celebrates the cycle of the seasons
with a colorful musical journey featuring Vivaldi's The Four Seasons and
selections from 18th-century China, India, and northern Canada. Renowned
international guest artists—including Chinese pipa player Wen Zhao, Aruna
Narayan on the sarangi, and Inuit throat singers Aqsarniit—bring this
timeless music to life.
